I have MBTs and they have helped me a lot with hip pain stuff. They are £130 though which is a lot of money. John Lewis stock them, as do Sweaty Betty.

My mother had a pair of Earth shoes and loved them, and everyone else I've spoken to about them who has had a pair has been very happy with them. I haven't tried them myself but next time I buy shoes I will probably buy a pair of them.
