So far I've only held one dinner party, and I found that very hard work, even though there were only three of us....admittidly I'd not had a great deal of time to cook because I'd been busy with LPC stuff....but I'm not convinced that having some stuff cooked in advance is a good idea.....though I know someone who doesn't start cooking until his guests arrive, since that way there's no problems if people turn up later than expected.

Hmm dinner parties - organising more is somewhere on my to do list, it's just not very high....
