Mostly fairly sensible. Not sure I agree about pre-nuptial agreement stuff, though. Too easy to pressure someone into an agreement which would affect them badly ("Of course I'll never leave you, darling, so let me have my way") and then end up with a situation where an abused spouse doesn't even attempt to get a divorce because they *know* they'll be destitute if they do.
