Thinko/error - Separate journal for feeds
I've set up a separate journal for reading RSS feeds because the friends list on this journal was getting so big.
http://karen2205-feeds.livejournal.com/friends/ = my default view of feeds. This is a public filter and works appropriately when not logged into that journal. [can also be found at http://karen2205-feeds.livejournal.com/friends?filter=128]
http://karen2205-feeds.livejournal.com/friends?filter=256 = my news feeds. This doesn't work when not logged into that journal, even though I've set it as a public filter.
1, Can someone confirm that both links take you to the same page?
2, People who know how LJ works - what have I done wrong? Anyone ought to be able to read a filter I've set as a public? Does having the public default view affect the ability to read other public filters in someway?
