You'ld need your own apartment, let alone a desk, to keep that lot.

Aside from the bare minimum of worky type things my desk contains (or rather the funny breadbin/filing contraption next to my desk) in no particular order:

+ 2 plot plants
+ lots of arty pictures from my uni days
+ fruit bowl (although this currently contains miscellaneous stationary)
+ plastic tumbler for water
+ large tea mug
+ thermal cafetiere mug thingamy with it's own integrated plunger
+ fair trade coffee
+ fair trade tea
+ peppermint tea
+ blackberry and nettle tea
+ blackcurrant tea
+ camomile tea
+ hot chocolate
+ a couple of spoons 'borrowed' from the cafeteria
+ first aid box with eye wash
+ supermarket mushroom bags (they are about the only place you can find paper bags easily these days, and are a useful addition to the first aid box in case of ashma/panic attacks
+ tissues/paper towels (of the soft variety)

Sorry, but I don't have any tights/stockings although I do have two books on my desk, one, The Companion Guide to LaTeX and the other LaTeX For Everyone...
