Doctor Who

I'm confused by this evening's episode/general plot stuff. Spoilers behind cut

Rose absorbed the heart of the Tardis in order to save the day during a war. The Doctor took the Tardis out of her and then regenerated.

Some time while she had the Tardis inside her she issued a warning to herself(?) - Bad Wolf.

Do we know what Bad Wolf means/what it's a warning of? I thought it had been explained a while ago, (maybe in the episode involving Queen Victoria) but now I'm confused?

Has Rose become a/the Bad Wolf? [If so, why would she be issuing a warning to herself that she's going to become evil?]

If Bad Wolf means the end of the universe, then how does that fit with the end of the universe as shown at the end of the previous series, when Martha saves the world by getting everyone to think 'doctor' so that he can escape from the cage the master put him in?

sorry, can't help. gave up trying to make Dr. Who plotlines make sense a long time ago.

Bad Wolf was originally explained as being a reminder to Rose from herself that different times were linked. It appears now this was a feint, and it is as yet unexplained what the re-appearance of it means, or why the doctor thinks it means the end of the universe.

I don't think the previous series threatened the end of the universe, just a really miserable time for everyone on Earth.

It was explained in Doctor Who Confidential - It means Rose's universe is leaking the Doctor's universe. Which is bad. Confidential also showed a huge, massive spoiler :-/

'Bad Wolf' was previously Rose's message back through time to herself, and only Rose and the Doctor know its significance. So if the message is 'Bad Wolf', the originator must be Rose. If Rose is back in the same universe as the Doctor, then she must have travelled between universes, something we know is difficult even for the Doctor (he was unable to rescue her) and fraught with danger (he disapproved of Torchwood's experiments). Presumably he then infers impending doom from the renewed ease of inter-universe travel.
