Yet Another Obligatory Name Check:-)

I met neonchameleon & wuluf at Borders and we sat talking and wondering who else we were expecting to see. hairyears arrived much earlier than I'd been expecting. Before I forget - hairyears meet strictlytrue meet editor - you've all got interesting things to say about Galloway's appearance before the Senate & I like sitting back and watching sparks fly:-)

It was lovely to meet hilarityallen who arrived next & entertained us all with talk of her thesis. At Nile's suggestion we went to Raza, W1 for a different kind of Indian (it's probably best if I leave Nile to explain this one in a comment, but essentially it's southern Indian rather than northern Indian and is therefore 'lighter'). When we got there, I looked at my phone and discovered a message from mstevens so off I go to give him directions - I *hate* giving directions - though they can't have been that bad, since Michael made it before we ordered:-)

I looked at the menu and saw green/red chillies mentioned everywhere and was slightly concerned that it was all going to be too hot for me, but it wasn't - I found a dish containing rice/chicken/cashew nuts/other bits & pieces that was really good. In fact all the food was good.
