Risotto
Apologies for spamminess - one risotto receipe behind the cut
Chop onion, fry in marg.
Add box of risotto rice to marg, making sure it is well coated so it doesn't stick.
Add mince. Stir
Add chopped up bacon. Stir
Add a tin of peas. Stir
Add a bag of frozen peppers. Stir
Add a bag of random frozen mixed veg. Stir
Go eeek at how full the pot is when you've added any stock.
Make up some beef stock. Add. Stir
Add some more boiling water, stir and leave for a while.
When it's sticking together nicely, grate in a small amount of mature cheddar.
Open fridge, see slightly moudly mozerella. Cut off the mouldy bit and chop the rest into small pieces and stir into the risotto.
Eat.
