Hayfever

There's been lots of whinging about hayfever recently, so tis time for a poll. If anyone's got anything else to say throw it in a comment - umm the only tip I've heard and not tried is eating local honey for several months before the hayfever season - I'm intending to start doing that soon though, since I've got Hampshire honey and that's where I'm camping this summer (I've never seen London produced honey - if such a substance exists please point me in the right direction).

I did seem to suffer from it for the first time last spring/summer, while pregnant. When of course the sensible options for medication were few. I took nothing, sniffled and snuffled, and it went away. So far this year, no recurrence of symptoms.
