Pavlovian conditioning
Dec. 21st, 2004 11:54 pmYou know, I think I'm acquiring that hugely self indulgent thing called a social life:-)
First I had lunch with
hairyears, which was lovely - though the service could have been quicker.... Then this evening
neonchameleon,
mstevens and
wuluf turned up for Coffee in Borders. We didn't go out for dinner, but had a nice time chatting about geeky stuff and politics and music and everything in between.
The next Coffee in Borders will be on 4th January. AFAI am aware no one is about next Tuesday (28th Dec).
I have an idea which I'll expand on in a filtered post that requires a cassette or CD of balloon bursting noises. A *pint* or *chocolate* or some other prize to the first geek who manages to send me one.
I'd love some suggestions for LiveJournals you think I should be reading.
Absolute classic: 'Just because it's called the Book at Bedtime doesn't mean you should have been in bed for the past hour.... BBC Radio 4 is not your Nanny'
